I had a spiritual awakening that changed my life, and from that, The Inner Sound Check was born—my daily practice of tuning in and finally hearing myself. This simple practice helped me start speaking up, set boundaries and move through life with confidence (without even trying!)

The shortcut I wish I’d had the courage to take…

The plot twist I didn’t want, but desperately needed

As I write this, I’m living in my childhood bedroom (just a year ago Mom & I were no-contact) trying to put the pieces together after a blindside divorce, having just turned 40. I moved 3,000km to be around friends & family, and I’ve never felt more alone (my biggest fear became reality).

I went into this phase of my life kicking and screaming. I didn’t have The Inner Sound Check yet and I felt like I had nothing in my life. (I’m going to be real with you, it definitely got darkest before I saw the light again.)


Little did I know, it was exactly what I needed to heal my past (and more), and step into a version of myself I didn’t know was in me.

MY SECRET SAUCE

I know what it’s like to do all the work—read all the books, attend the workshops, go to therapy—and still struggle to step into the life you know you deserve. It’s exhausting and defeating.

But it wasn’t me (it’s me, hi, I’m *not* the problem?) There was always something missing that I wasn’t taught.

It was a basic connection to myself. I mean, how could I have any connection to myself when my whole life I’d been taught to look to other people for the answers?

Do as you’re told Cinderella, follow the rules Cinderella, take care of other people first Cinderella (sound familiar?)

Plot twist: other people don't have the answer for your life.

A spiritual awakening changed my life and showed me what I was missing:

If you’re not tuned in to what’s going on inside you, you’re giving all your power away.

If you’re not listening to what’s going on inside you, none of the self-help tools, tips or tricks are gonna stick.

When you know what’s going on inside you, you can claim your power and your inner phoenix will rise.

The reason I kept “failing” at any technique that is designed to improve my life is because the “solutions” assume you already have this basic foundation down.

And they skip it altogether.

But once I started applying The Inner Sound Check on the daily I saw HUGE shifts! All the other teachings finally fell into place. It’s been life-changing.

Manifestation = happening in the background (does it even work that way? Yes. Apparently it can. Cause alignment.)

Standing up for myself = my body takes the lead to keep me safe (who even is she?)

Confidence = overflowing without even trying (ok queen energy, I see you!)

I’m not an expert. I’m an average girl who is sharing what worked for me and inviting you to try it too.
